Portland Breakfast News: St. Honore Expanding, New Hours at Equinox

Not really a whole lot of Portland breakfast news this week, but I try to post something every Friday, so here we go. My mind is much more on hiking these days as I “work” (by which I mean hike and write) on revising my book 60 Hikes Within 60 Miles of Portland.

The nice folks at Equinox Restaurant just off North Mississippi Street have added days to their brunch schedule. Brunch is now served there Wednesday through Sunday, 9 to 2. Here’s the menu.

Also on Mississippi, that location of Por Que No? is closing for renovations and expansion. The Hawthorne location is still going at it.

St. Honore is expanding. Per their Facebook page, they will be next to Salt and Straw on SE Division. I wonder if I’ll ever visit that part of town!

And finally, I reported before that Salty’s was closing, or remodeling, or something. Turns out there’s some legal chaos as well. I’ll add them back into these updates when they announce something brunch-related.

Okay, I’m off to the woods! It’s fall colors time.
