New Breakfast Place in Vancouver: Valerie's

by BreakfastGuy on June 25, 2012 · 0 comments

My friend Steve from PortlandHikers.org just tipped me off about Valerie’s up in Vancouver. Anybody been?

Between his description and their website, there’s a lot of “nothing fancy” and “all-American” and “big portions,” which can  sometimes mean boring. But sometimes that stuff, done well with good ingredients, can rock.

Here’s the menu, which includes a nice feature called The Perfect Breakfast: choose a meat, a bread, a potato, and how you want your eggs. I say pork chops, over easy, home fries, and French toast.

You?
